SAF Frontline Training (Safe Supervisor)--Virtual Only
This is a course for frontline and field supervisors. It helps them understand the procedures for conducting work safely and their role in safety. Participants will learn how to effectively handle an accident before the “safety guys” get on the scene. They will learn what to say and do in the event an OSHA inspector shows up on the job site. Also, they will learn how to motivate and communicate to their crew. COSS grads who are interested in reviewing the course as a class to recommend for their frontline supervisors, should also attend.
